I am an interior designer based out of Washington, DC.  I live just outside of the city with my three little girls and my amazing husband.  My goal in writing this blog is to have a place to explore my personal style and share my love for design with my daughters.  As a working mother I know how easy it can be to get lost in the day to day and forget about what is most important.  I hope that Dear Penelope can be a place for my daughters and I to take the time to teach each other about beauty, design, love, family, friendship and adventure.  I hope you will follow along and enjoy!
